Our take on an Almond Joy candy bar. We brewed this beer with loads of chocolate malts and lactose sugar, then aged it on cocoa nibs from two growing regions, house toasted coconut and heaps of house roasted almonds.

I was going to describe this as an Almond Joy bar in a glass, but it looks like the brewer has this covered. Spot on. Beautiful deep blackish-brown color, with a thick tan head. Mouthfeel is exactly what I look for in a stout: heavy, a little syrupy, silky, and smooth. Huge aromas and flavors of coconut and milk chocolate, with lots of sweetness and a little roasty bitterness. This is a BIG beer, and a little goes a long way.
