Inspired by rocky road ice cream. This beastly pastry stout was brewed with lactose sugar and house made marshmallows before a lengthy conditioning on roasted pecans, walnuts, almonds, cocoa nibs and marshmallow fluff. Flavors of chocolate swirl into vanilla tones and roasted nuts as this sticky ale warms. Hot summer days with ice cream cones lead to sunny naps. IBU = 18

Nap Time pours black, with a very small tan head. Big rich aroma, sweet and sugary. Flavor is very rich, lots of black licorice, nuts, chocolate, and maybe a hint of coffee. Very god feel. Overall, fantastic stout, very rich and flavorful.
