Just was not impressed with this beer. Not enough Belgian yeast influence and something else was off with the fermentation as the finish was "dirty". Not a well executed beer.

Note: this is a Belgian Amber, not a blonde ale (there was no Belgian Amber choice).
Brewer notes: To brew this ale, we manipulated our water to mimic the water profile of Antwerp, Belgium. We then brewed this beer with nearly all Belgian malts and candi sugar, before fermenting in our upright oak barrel fermentation vessels with special yeast. Aromatics of fresh baked bread lead to flavors of smooth caramel and mild spiced tones.
A very nice, sweet amber that hits the spot. Definitely has a biscuit/bread profile, appearance is an orangish/dark gold color. A must have.
