Bottle opened 2/28/20, oil like in appearance. caramel, bourbon, vanilla, smoke aroma. Incredibly smooth mouth feel, viscous but overly so, perfect mouthfeel in my opinion. As it warms the beer becomes completely smooth, no harsh bourbon at all Excellent demonstration of a barrel aging program.

On tap. Tan head. Black color. Lace. Thick.
Bakers chocolate, caramel, vanilla. Rich and oaky. Not sure if there is whiskey here or not. Molasses and dark fruits. Thick. Full of flavor. Very nice offering with no adjuncts.
