Backdoor is a barrel blended Holiday Stout. We blended one small format gin barrel which aged for over 40 months with other barrels characterized by their rich chocolate flavors. We conditioned the blend on fresh mint leaves and cocoa nibs from 3 different growing regions. A perfect stocking stuffer for your Thin Mint loving friend.

On Tap 10 oz pour, Pours black with a thin khaki head. Smell is subtle gin and wood, chocolate and mint,Taste is like a mint chocolate chip with light gin mixes well. A creamy mouth feel with mint, without being spicy.

Backdoor pours a black color, with not much head. Aroma is sweet and minty. Flavor is full of chocolate, some botanical flavors, lots of mints. Good body and feel. Overall, does taste like a thin mint, lots of creamy chocolate and mint.

Tap. No head. Black color.
A lot of mint, but I like it. Tastes like Andes. Lots of dark chocolate. Gin barrels work well with the mint. An awesome holiday stout with great flavors. Smooth and surprisingly warming. Fernet, figs, dates, spices.
