Oak fermented wild ale with fruits from The Blue Fruit Farm, Lorence’s Berry Farm and Honeyberry USA. We blended one barrel of a wild fermented Belgian-style wit with a particular barrel of mixed fermented farmhouse ale. Two months on black currants, elderberries, aronia berries, juneberries, honeyberries, blueberries and red raspberries. Bottle conditioned for 6 months.

A big thanks to Jeff for this one. 750ml capped bottle into a Founders snifter. Shared with schen9303.

Nose is foam, hay, cobwebs, and wet wood. Fruit presence is strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and a coriander spritz. Aromatic. Moderately tart with a nice, sweet fruit balance. Beer opens puckering red fruit seediness. I get strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry in the middle. Oak and hay with a peppery bitterness. Wood, cobwebs, and farmhouse funk in the end. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and foamy on the palate and goes down aggressive and bubbly. Dry finish with a lingering, dry aftertaste.

Very solid though I don't know that I'm able to make out the meddly of berries.

Bottle. Expected a saison, but this is more of a fruit/wild ale it seems. Cloudy ruby red. Purple/pink head that settles quick.

Tons of berries. A little tart, a little sweet. A little citrus shows. Very fruity. Don’t get too much of the base saison here, but I can tell it’s there. Light bodied. Easy drinking. Pretty enjoyable.
