Our Italian Pilsner is brewed with a single decoction before a moderate hopping with three noble varieties. Post fermentation this crispy boi was gently dry-hopped with German Sapphire hops, giving it a lemony floral aroma and rounded hoppy finish.

Italian pils. White head with lace. Clear light yellow color.
Bready, biscuity, crisp, clean, earthy, grassy. This is refreshing and flavorful. Well done. A little dry, which is what I’ve noticed about some of the Italian pils.
