Rye Barrel Gold is a special old ale that spent 19 months in small format Red Ryder barrels from Rock Filter Distillery. We then blended some of those barrels into a Bulleit rye barrel for 14 months more. The result is layers of baking spices, warm caramel, medjool dates, fresh oak, & raisin bread.
