Stout already aged in four barrels ranging in age from twenty-four to thirty-two months was finished in two barrels that held handmade vanilla extract from Ted Jones of Vanillas of the World, who worked in collaboration to select seven different vanilla additions from Java, Flores, East Timor, West Paupa, Sumatra, Sulawesi and Indonesia.

Syrupy black with fine brown edges and no head. A swirl leaves all kinds of clear legs on the glass.
