This beer began during a global pandemic and ends when you finish your bottle. Small-format barrels that once held Amish maple syrup were filled with Double Stout. We blended those barrels into one that had been used to make vanilla extract by our close partner in the vanilla crime, Ted Jones. The second thread came when we blended small - format barrels that held stout brewed with maple sap - before a double barrel treatment - into house-aged maple syrup barrels. Massive amounts of vanilla front two islands in Indonesia and the island of Comoros were added. To top it off, we added more house barrel-aged maple syrup for good measure.
