Our second beer in our single hop series. Hallertau Blanc is the daughter of the noble Hallertau hop from Germany. A bit more subtle than aggressive American and Australian hops. Pineapple, green grape, and gooseberry make up the wonderful aroma. Flavors are a bit more subtle and noble. White wine, pineapple, and lemongrass make up the flavors. The lemongrass flavor lingers on the back of your palate. 5.9% ABV and 55 IBUs.
