Our richest & most intense offering to date; this English Barleywine is a bit non-traditional as it features 5 different malt varieties. With that blend the aroma is complex. Caramel, rye, and a very light plum aroma mix together in harmony. Flavor is the spicy rye and caramel with a nice smooth alcohol flavor. This dark mahogany ale has been aged for 5 months and is just coming into its prime. 9.7% ABV and 50 IBUs.
