Our first time brewing this light style lager. The mash is made with extra pale Pilsner, Vienna and flaked corn, giving it a very light color and a crisp flavor. We then added 2 lbs of lime peel to the whirlpool to give this beer a hint of lime flavor and aroma. It's a thirst quencher!
