A hazy, super soft wheat IPA made with fall wildflower honey from the eastern shore and a boatload of marshmallows! Tasting notes exhibit low bitterness, all dat juice and subtle lemon and citrus notes.

The best thing I can say about this beer is you can barely taste the marshmallows. But to the extent you can, it's not great. This would be a good IPA without the marshmallows.

An aggressive pour yields barely half a finger of loose pure white foam, minimal retention as it swiftly becomes a thin dusting across the surface, the lacing streaks start out surprisingly broad but lack stickiness. Extremely hazy liquid, all but fully opaque, looks like pulpless orange juice, some random bubbles of decent size can be seen breaking the surface. Citrus dominated nose of tangerine, lemon to white grapefruit yet still soft for it, more soaking in than lift, solid burst of salt, pepper and pretzel dough as well asphalt tar, the peach and apricot fruit scents are ripe but lack staying power, more earthy than herbaceous. Full-bodied with a pronounced creamy texture, not quite “marshmallow” but orange creamsicle or sherbet level. Again, the orange, tangerine, grapefruit citrus leads, more pine, lemongrass and honey notes here, the tarriness more knit into the whole. Apricot, peach, nectarine base and a quick jolt of pineapple. There is a marshmallow to whipped cream touch retronasally after you swallow. Carbonation level is decent to weak and overall the beer is too heavy to be refreshing. That said, it’s fairly clean and free of dankness and not as sweet as it might be.

Poured a cloudy, orange body with minimal head. Aroma is acidic to almost being like orange juice. Beer’s acidic sharpness is tampered by a marshmallow like fluffiness and a touch of tropical fruit sweetness but still finishes crisp. Not a bad beer but doesn’t really appeal to me as it comes across like an orange creamsicle.

I was pleasantly surprised by this beer, went into it thinking the marshmallows were a gimmick.
Haze for days, with a nice late addition hop kick and some sweetness from the honey.

Hazy, pale gold. Nice citrus hop notes upfront. Fresh and inviting. Composition is interesting as this finishes dry and hoppy, then a sticky sweetness lingers on the palate. Mouthfeel is textured and medium-bodied. Recommended for those seeking unique interpretations of the IPA style.

Pours a hazy/murky bright orange.
Aroma is sweet, juicy citrus notes with orange and lemon leading the way. Bit of sweetness in the nose too.
Taste is very juicy, very citrus forward with orange, tangerine, lemon and grapefruit. Definitely some sweetness, but not malt sweetness. Probably the wildflower honey added.
Medium bodied, but creamy and super smooth!
Very drinkable, refreshing and juicy. The added marshmallows is definitely a gimmicky addition that doesn't serve a purpose, but it's a good beer anyhow!
