Notes:
Lethe is a 5.1% ABV Pale Ale with super low bitterness and a soft finish. Intensely hopped with lupulin powder and dry hops give it a bright IPA aroma and flavor yet it’s completely crushable.

Had on tap. This was listed at the bar as an ipa, but now seeing it listed as an APA makes way more sense. Because it pours like a hazy ipa, golden hazy with a white head, but the hops are much more mild, and allow the paler malts to play a larger role. Smell is very grassy, with tropical fruit aromas, especially pineapple, melon and papaya. Taste is more pale than smell indicated, focusing more on the pale malts within the fruit haze. Feel is hazy, grassy, zesty, and cumulatively dank.

excellent APA with a clean body, not a lot of lacing, but an interesting semi-clear body, rather tart in presentation, like a naughty girl, not that you should be thinking such thoughts while testing beer

On tap at Smoke & Barrel in D.C.
Pours a hazy orange with soft, thick foam.
Smell is slightly dank and grassy with notes of melon and citrus.
Taste is light and juicy, a little bit dank, with notes of melon and citrus along with a very mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice APA that you could drink all day without fatigue.

A: Pours a murky pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and faint bright medium yellow + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a small to medium sized patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/passionfruit hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat + honey + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of honey + caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat + honey + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of honey + caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/passionfruit hops which impart a minimal amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving lingering tropical + citrus hops flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with a lightly soft/fluffy mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and very enjoyable. Pleasant soft/fluffy mouthfeel and nice tropical + citrus hop profile. Definitely one I would grab again.

From a growler, pours a hazy, bright orange. Multiple fingers of bright white foam. Thick lacing.
Smell is tropical and dank, with tart citrus making an appearance. Taste follows. Feel is slightly thin but otherwise this is a really good IPA.

Went to Commonwealth in July 2017 after my wife asked to go and get some Wapatoolie (she loved it and she's not a microbrew drinker) . Got a pour from the tap and enjoyed the Amarillo hops taste.
