Pours mostly clear golden, sugar white head has no retention at all.
Aroma is of bright tropical and citrus fruits over cracker malts.
Flavor is of yuzu, a sweet lemony citrus, orange, sweet cracker malt, and a slightly bitter tea finish.
Light to medium body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
As far as a "sour" beer goes this is pretty sweet. Drinks very smooth, flavors are nicely balanced. Not totally my thing but a solid kettle sour worth trying. Yuzu is underrated.
