I don't see a date listed on the can.
Appearance: The body is hazy gold and it has a very short head that quickly fizzles out to nothing.
Aroma: It smells a bit like passion fruit and souring mellons.
Taste: It tastes like peach, pineapple, mango, and a bit of tangerine. It tastes a lot like a fruit cup.
Mouthfeel: The beer is only a tad sour, is light, and easy to drink. The sourness builds up a little bit as the beer is consumed but it stays well restrained. There is a very light acidity to the beer.
Overall: The can states this is a "Gose Style Ale with Pineapple, Guava, and Grapefruit." It has a lot of fruit character which seems to even surpass the fruits that were added. It is a nice fruity, tropical, enjoyable beer. I would drink it again on occasion and I would recommend it. It would work best as a beer to drink by a pool or on a hot Summer day.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a cylinder glass. Had a golden yellow / amber color and a slightly hazy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Not much lacing to speak of.
S: A good, but not great, aroma of citrus fruit, wheat, tropical fruit, and salt.
T: Tasted of a decent bit of tropical fruit (pineapple, in particular), some wheat notes (present throughout, though subtle), a hint of salt (briny, not a big factor), and a good amount of citrus fruit (grapefruit). A lively, if somewhat unfocused, flavor. Some of the fruit elements don't always come through, but it's still not a bad taste.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An uneven beer, but still interesting. Worth a shot.

Hazy golden color with short lived white foam. Aroma is briny and fruity with a bit of booze. Taste starts quite salty followed by tropical fruit notes. Finish has some fruit seed bitterness which lingers on the aftertaste along the tropical notes. Medium body and carbonation. A bit boozy and the bitterness doesn't fit too well between the other flavors.

This seemed pretty interesting, and the new (to my area) Commonwealth Brewing Co. has yet to really let me down, so I grabbed a single to give a try. This is a strong gose-style ale with pineapple, guava and grapefruit.
Pours a hazy deep yellow/golden color with a thin head of white foam that bubbles away to essentially nothing. However, incredibly tenacious carbonation activity flourishes below the surface, with tons of tiny pinprick-size bubbles rising to the top of my glass, crowding the rim. The beer is not opaque, and is translucent enough to see even more evidence of these busy bubbles if I hold my glass up to light. Pretty cool looking stuff, though I definitely wish it had slightly more head retention.
The nose reminds me of Fla-vor-Ice-brand freezer pops I used to have when I was a kid. No joke, it literally smells exactly like those... talk about nostalgia! I get a lot of strangely-artificial blue raspberry here, for instance, which is really unusual. I can definitely see the pineapple addition, but the guava is a little muted. The grapefruit kind of stands out to me because it's so different from the other two fruits... it lends its tangy citrus note with aplomb. I think there's some coriander or something going on here, too, as it doesn't just smell like the fruit adjuncts or the typical "tangy lemon" element that fruited goses have. Interesting.
Sweet pineapple, mango and guava on the palate with a lot of intense, lingering pithiness. Grapefruit rind and salty minerality somehow gel really well here, lending an awesome bit of drinkability. This is super fruity and unique, with a well-done fruit treatment that nevertheless feels a little bit grater than the sum of its parts. Oh, and I'm really surprised that it's almost 7% ABV. There's a slight thickness to the body here, but the crisp carbonation keeps things rather grounded for most of the time I'm sipping at it. That said, it gets a little hairy as the beer starts to warm, which brings upon my palate a rather syrupy sensation. Still tasty, but something to consider. Though, at the same time, I wouldn't recommend chugging this one!

Gose with pineapple, pink guava, and grapefruit. Great aroma, salinity is there, and I appreciate the elevated ABC. Probably my favorite goes they have done so far
