Poured a hazy, straw-orange juiceish color. Scents of citrus fruit, orange, maybe mango, grapefriut. Mouthfeel was creamy and the 8.2% abv. was well-hidden. Commenwealth nailed it with Omnium!

Can. Pours proper for the burgeoning style. I had a beer by them last night and it was a huge miss. This at least looks better. Also smells better too! Nothing crazy; a beefy New England Double IPA. Flavor yields no surprises bad or good. Pretty generic but not bad.

This is a really solid DIPA. Tons of sticky, white head sit atop a bright and murky orange beer. The aroma is sweet and citrusy with a lot of orange and grapefruit. There is also a piney hop aroma present. The taste is sweet with a lot of orange/tangerine with caramel that is all balanced with a quite dry and bitter finish that is a little pithy and a little piney.

16 oz can, released earlier this month. Probably 2-3 weeks old at this point.
Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Azacca, El Dorado, Cascade, Simcoe
Pretty damn good, but not the best I've had from them. Their house yeast is a little weird, and I prefer their beers when it's not as aggressive. Overall though, glad I picked this up.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
