L: Poured from a tallboy can to a pint glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, tan-colored, somewhat long-lasting head. Very good lacing.
S: A strong and enticing aroma of bourbon, chocolate, malt, pecans, and vanilla.
T: Tasted of a decent bit of roasted malt (present throughout), a good amount of pecans (prevalent in the finish), some light cinnamon notes, some bourbon (and its barrel), lots of dark chocolate (quite strong), and a hint of vanilla. A big, sweet, and powerful flavor. The chocolate is the star here, but there's plenty of bourbon to balance it out. Quite tasty.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a smooth and creamy finish. Full-bodied.
O: An incredibly well made stout. Drinkable.

The beer pours a nice brown head takes a long while to dissipate and leaves a good foam appearance on the surface. The beer itself is a good dark chocolate brown-black with a nice melted chocolate like texture.
The smell is good. It has as nice sweet alcohol smell supporting darker notes of sweetness such as a dominant pecan note mixed with a moderate vanilla bean note. The dark chocolate note is there as the center note that the other smells rally around and dominates more in the finish while the cinnamon is fairly light but present through the whole thing.
The taste is good. It has the same notes but the Pecan and light vanilla are more dominant in the beginning while the dark chocolate doesn't really get going until the finish. The cinnamon is still light buts adds a good spice to the other notes.
The feel is very good. It has a heavy bodied but is really creamy with a slight bit of syrupness to it. It is actually pretty drinkable.
Overall, another fantastic beer and Marvoloso variant worth getting your hands on if you can. As I have said before regarding the other variants, it definitely outstrips the base beer and is a very good treat.
