The mouthfeel destroys this beer. It’s coating and even a bit pasty.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a dull orange color and an extremely cloudy consistency. There was a 1 1/2", foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Very good lacing.
S: A good, but not great, aroma of hops, malt, citrus fruit, a grassy quality, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish), some citrus fruit (tangerine, in particular), a good amount of hops (the dominant ingredient), some of the grassy quality, and a good shot of tropical fruit (mango). A kind of uneven flavor. The grassiness and hops dominate the front of the taste, with the juicy fruits rule the finish. Doesn't always mesh, but it's OK.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a smooth, creamy finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An uneven beer, but it has its good qualities. Worth a look.

Well-done Commenwealth! Hazy, juicy and hoppy! 8%abv is well-hidden in the citrusy goodness. Briolette is hitting on all cylinders, an exceptional NEIPA!

Overall this hits most of the NEIPA marks pretty well but comes off a little bland in flavor. Drinking about 4 weeks from canning so perhaps too long a wait.
