L: Poured from a tallboy can to a cylinder glass. Had a yellow-brown color and a mostly clear consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy / fizzy, somewhat long-lasting head. Not a whole lot of lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of citrus fruit, malt, spices, bourbon, vanilla, and sea salt.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (present throughout - not a big factor), a good shot of sea salt, some light bourbon notes (and the accompanying barrel, a hint of vanilla, a little citrus (tangerines), and spices (cinnamon). One of the more interesting gose flavors I've tried. The bourbon isn't terribly pronounced, but it's still a lively taste.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a somewhat slick finish. Light-bodied.
O: A well done, interesting take on the gose. Drinkable.
