From the bottom of the can: "06 MAY 2019"
Appearance: The body is a milky and opaque with a beige color. It has a short creamy textured head with good lacing.
Aroma: There is a light sour fruit aroma and a cream of wheat scent.
Taste: Up front there is the flavor of tart raspberry. This is followed by a bit of cinnamon spice flavor and a bit of black pepper. There is wheat in the aftertaste. A salt crust forms around the mouth while drinking, and it becomes very salty over time.
Mouthfeel: It is smooth but a sharp tartness cuts at the tongue. It is medium bodied and finishes dry on the palate.
Overall: The can states that this is made "with Peaches, Lemons, Limes and Apricots conditioned on Oak." There is a definite tartness to the beer but it doesn't convey any clear fruit aromas or flavors. The oak it was conditioned on doesn't appear to add any flavor either. It is a good tasting Gose and I would recommend it, but not based on the description on the can.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Growlers to Go - Short Pump, poured into a pint glass. Had an orange-yellow color and a super cloudy consistency. There was a small amount of foamy head that quickly dissipated. So-so lacing.
S: A sweet and enticing aroma of citrus fruit, malt, wood, salt, other light fruits, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of salt (just a pinch), a bit of malt (not a huge factor), a ton of citrus fruit (lemons and especially limes), some other fruits (apricots, peaches), a hint of oak, and a little tropical fruit (mango). An extremely sweet, sour, and fruity flavor. The fruit overwhelms the other elements, but this isn't a problem. Tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A light and refreshing beer. Drinkable.
