This one pours a clear dark yellow-ish color, with a small head and lots of lacing.
This smells like bready malt, medium smoke, grassy hops, and lemon.
The smoke level here is well done - it’s definitely prominent, but nowhere near overwhelming. It’s lightly malty, with some light hop sweetness and a bit of grassy bitterness.
This is very drinkable, and quite refreshing, with a crisp mouthfeel.
Smoked pale lagers are rare and always welcome in my book.
