L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a dirty orange color and a very cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy / fizzy head that quickly dissipated. Not much lacing to speak of.
S: A very nice aroma of pears, citrus fruit, a floral quality, and some yeast.
T: Tasted of a bit of the floral quality (very fleeting), a little bit of yeast (surprisingly not a big factor), lots of the advertised pears (a big component) and a good shot of citrus fruit (orange, in particular). This is a light, lively, sour, and fruity flavor. The pear comes through in a big way (not always the case), giving it a nice zing. Tasty stuff.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A sweet and likable sour beer. Drinkable.
