L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a yellowish color and a very cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A solid aroma of hops, citrus fruit, malt, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish; not a major factor), some tropical fruit (papaya and some mango, in particular), a moderate amount of hops (definitely present, but not overdone), and a good shot of citrus fruit (tangerine, especially). This flavor has a good balance of fruity sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Focused and balanced.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Another solidly made DIPA from Commonwealth. Worth a try.
