L: Had this beer on-tap at Growlers to Go - Short Pump, poured into a pint glass. Had an orange / brown color and a cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Sparse lacing.
S: A solid aroma of citrus fruit, wheat, tropical fruit, apricot, and salt.
T: Tasted of a bit of wheat (mostly in the finish; kind of fleeting), a bit of apricot (just a touch), a lot of citrus fruit (blood orange), a pinch of salt, and some tropical fruit (pineapple). A light, sweet, and effervescent flavor. At first it seems a little thin, but it settles down and quickly improves. Tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A likable, lightweight gose. Worth a try.
