Notes:
Sudachi, calamansi, and apricot Berliner made with whole juniper berries, angelica root, ginger root, cassia & coriander. Bursting with tropical flavors intermingled with a beautiful floral spice character driven by the Juniper berries. Brewed with our friends at Late Start Brewing.

A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of sour citrus from the sudachi and calamansi are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of sour limes with notes of oranges and hints of spices.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this Berliner Weisse to be very interesting in both its smell and taste as it had a lot different aromas and flavors going on with all of the different ingredients.
