Poured into a 24oz glass mug.
Look: A few shades lighter than orange juice, but with similar clarity.
Smell: Sweet tropical fruit, a pineapple citrus guava passionfruit mango melange. The barest sharp hint of alcohol.
Taste: Taste is much like its smell, but with a stronger isopropyl alcohol flavor coming through mid-sip into the finish.
Mouthfeel: Smooth like a BA stout.
Overall: I'm sure this will have a higher numerical score via the algorithm than I'd give it off the top of my head. I generally like this beer, almost all of the pieces line up for me, it's just marred by a strange isopropyl alcohol flavor. I assume it's hop burn, but I'm not exactly a cicerone - just a dude who likes beer. It's not uncommon for the beers I've tried from this brewery - they've gotten better about it over the past couple of years with a couple of really delicious offerings, but it is a significant fly in an otherwise very nice ointment. I'm guessing what I've rated this will come out as 4.something, but I'd call it a 3.79. Good, not sorry I got it, hope they can do it again without the isopropyl flavor to be a true winner.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a bright yellow color and an extremely cloudy, almost murky consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, fairly long-lasting head. Not a whole lot of lacing.
S: A very enticing aroma of dank hops, citrus fruit, tropical fruit, malt, and bubblegum.
T: Tasted of a hint of malt (mostly in the finish; kind of muted by the other elements), a good shot of dank hops (a big factor here), a bit of bubblegum (quite sweet), some tropical fruit (passion fruit), and a good amount of citrus fruit (orange, especially). A great mix of fruity sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Delicious.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a smooth and creamy finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A well made, easy to drink DIPA. Drinkable.
