Poured from a 16oz can into a wine glass
Look: Ruby red with a thin white head. Little activity. Thick looking with mild separation.
Smell: Rich cherry and pineapple with a light salinity. Clean and fruity.
Taste: Maraschino cherry with bruised pineapple and tangy Meyer lemon. This fades out slowly to a body of wheat and more Meyer lemon with a tart salinity.
Feel: Medium plus bodied. Light tartness. Mild salinity. Light carbonation.
Overall: A super tasty gose. Will go excellent in the summer by a pool. Wishing there was a bit more carbonation but really enjoyed it overall.
