13 oz snifter pour at Lures Bar & Grille. Appearance is straw yellow with a medium-sized off-white head. As far as aroma and flavor go, this is one of the most unique beers I've had recently - the combination of dates, cardamom, and almond is quite good. The marshmallow doesn't add too much sweetness and the pear is complimentary. Mouthfeel has average carbonation and good creaminess. Overall it's interesting and very tasty - the sum is greater than the whole of the parts.
