Good Imperial IPA from a local Hampton Roads VA brewer. Another good candidate for a NE Imperial IPA style!!! Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass, this beer is a hazy straw-yellow color with a big foamy white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma and taste are mostly grapefruit with a good amount of bitterness. The "Keep it C" name is explained on the can. The hops used all begin with the letter "C" : Cryo, Cascade, Centennial, and Columbus. I found the taste to be good, nothing complex just grapefruit and bitterness. Mouthfeel was crisp and rich enough for the style - a good beer!!!
