Can pour- opaque pinkish amber color with no head and a ring of tiny bubbles. Nose is a fruity mix of sweet and sour with some earthy funky wood. Taste follows with lingering wood notes on the tart/dryish finish.

Initially a bright copper-gold liquid pushes an explosive head of pink-tinged white foam past the rim of my Teku. Looks like the cliche volcano at the elementary school science fair project. Once it settles, she's pretty.
Nose of extra dry champagne starts, then gentle bourbon hints chime in. A mild fruity note that washes between raisin, plum, stewed apples, and maybe fig.
Taste is dry, bourbon kissed champagne meets dry white wine, followed by a mild vinegary fruit note. Dry neutral wood barrel finishes out.
Mouthfeel is light to medium, carbonation is understated.
Overall, an interesting twist on a Berliner. Not something I would seek out, but for the most part they hit what they described on the label.

Great drinker in the heat of tampa. Flavorful without going over the top. Perfect blend of sweetness and carbonation for a great sour. Love the artwork as well!

16oz can. No dating information found. New brewery available in Minnesota. ABV% of 5.5.
Translucent, pale amber colored body, with a slight hint of red. Minimal head and no lacing.
Aroma of plum with a woody (oak) smell. First whiff suggested something close to coconut, but it is the combination of fruit and wood.
Taste is tart and dry, with plum and citrus being the main flavors. Lactic acid is also present. The oak wood chips provide a solid base.
Medium mouth feel, but dry and light in expression. Very good carbonation.
Had to try a new brewery available in town. This beer is okay and provides refreshment. The fruit works quite well with the lactic sourness.

Go go ga choo. No, I am the walrus. Paul is dead
This puts light brown and semi translucent. There is a smell, bit it isn't over the top. Kind of odd smell, but faint. The taste really isn't too far from right down the middle for the style, but there are subtle overtones of fruit, plumb, and the aftertaste had just s tad of bourbon.
Not recommended. Over priced. I need to be more careful about letting the car out owner pick my beer.

Pale orange pour, no head. Very plum forward in both smell and taste. In the smell oak pairs powerfully, some light sweet citrus lingers. Taste adds elements of watermelon, and pineapple, oak is scaled back, tartness and acidity has taken its place. Feel reflects this very acidic, yet thin and sweet, no wheat or anything traditional to be found here, but in general feel gimmicky, but I bought a beer called I am The Walrus so that's on me. Love the plum forward nature, but no depth behind it

First encounterd at my local watering hole I liked it so much I went the the Hidden Springs brewery for a gallon fill in my pressurized Growler. This is a very good, tart and complex beer. A bit pricey but worth it for a sour lover. Good job Hidden Springs! Keep it up!

Another sour I have tried and another one that was tough for me to get through.
Full disclosure - I really am not a sours-guy. However, I do try to try as many different styles and the sours are the one style I am still trying to get into. Unfortunately, this isn't one of the instances that brings me any closer to liking these. The sourness of this brew, I am sure, will be loved by many, but for me - whew, it was tough to finish the whole pint.
Anyway, good looking beer, decent smelling, I just have a tough time getting past these sours...

16 oz can from Florida with an exceptional label.
Pours with a rose body and a decent head.
Tart fruit aroma with a moderately tart and lightly sweet flavor. Lots of plum. Clean for style.
Very nice!

16 oz can dated 020219 poured into New Belgium snifter. Thanks for sharing Tony!
Watermelon red with a bubble gum pink head of 1 finger. Lingering lace on the sides as it recedes.
I get slight sour funk and sweet fruit on the nose with hints of plum, pineapple, and watermelon. Very faint oak.
The bourbon soaked oak chips come right out front and hit ya. Then I get sour plum and various stone fruit, some mineral, tropical fruit, and a finish of honey, vanilla, and milk sugars.
Very acidic feel with tingling carbonation and slight dryness towards the end.
Overall a tasty and unique sour beer, pretty nicely balanced which I like. Nice share.

To my taste this was a solid berliner weisse. Brilliant rose color. Amazing nose with acidic qualities and vanilla and honey. Unlike most American berliner weisses, this one is well-balanced and is not just all sour. It has a lot of character with the barrel aging.
