Look - Black thick syrup, no real head or rimming, slight lacing
Smell - artificial chocolate cookie & cream (Oreo)
Taste - still artificial but liquid Oreo
Feel - medium full body light carb
Overall - a little to artificial and syrupy but the taste lives up to the direciton

Poured a black body with minimal head and no lace at all. The aroma has an oreo-like cream/crème smell to it with faint hints of chocolate and vanilla. Smooth, creamy, real sweet but not cloying (to me), the barrels give it that creamy woody smoothness and the booze is well-hidden so mostly you just get the "oreo" tastes. Might be too sweet for some but I really enjoyed this.

On tap at Other Half Rochester in Bloomfield, NY.
This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and no lacing.
This one smells phenomenal - chocolate cookies (Oreos?), vanilla frosting, chocolate fudge, bourbon, oak, and some light spice.
This is really excellent. It evokes cookies and cream well, in an authentic and surprisingly non-cloying way. There's a good amount of barrel, spicy oak and bourbon, with a nice vanilla note on the back end. I'd guess the cookies are some sort of Oreo or similar type. This is delicious.
This is creamy and fairly thick, with a great level of drinkability, and basically no booziness.
