Thanks to Isael for the bottle. Shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice slightly hazy golden hue with a nice two finger head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Aromas of excellent barnyard funk, light lemons, good horse hay, little apples. The barnyard funk is just phenomenal.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, excellent funky barnyard notes. Good hay, light light lemons. Really really funky.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, light crisp finish though decently bitter.
O - Overall this was a rather solid farmhouse. Really nice funk levels.

Thanx to rudzud
Wow ridiculous fluffy bubbly foamy head about 3 fingers little soapy lacing, very hazy golden color
Nose great funky saison, peppery phenols, little fruity ester, apple pear notes, sweet blond malt, big toasted grainy malt, majority of the beer is malt, sweet
Taste mild sweet malt, toasted biscuity candy like malt, almost syrupy, big fruity ester, apple pear like, mild peppery phenols, big spicy hops late, pretty bitter
Mouth is med bod, fizzy carb, little astringent bitterness on the finish,
Overall great to start, super bitter spicy finish was a little out of place

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky Brett notes with some spicy yeast undertones. Taste is a mix of rustic cereal notes with spicy and peppery yeast notes with some light funky undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable saison but definitely not the most interesting beer from this fine brewery.

Bright dark straw color with storming activity. With the yeast pour it gets deep cloudy with floating detritus. Creamy and frothy white 2-3 finger head, lasting around 15-20 minutes, with generous legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of lemon, orange, pineapple, wheat, brett yeast, and floral hops. Slick and silky medium to full body with a zesty sharp crisp. Medium strength finish, moderate straw and barnyard effect, some honey with flowery hops and a tropical feel. Soft dryness but a prominent maillard sensation. More hoppy and floral than usual, less of a "cheesy" wild profile. As more yeast is poured it gets more citrusy and lemony. This is a cross Saison/IPA. Very well rounded and highly fresh, though slightly too much sugars. Overall high quality craft.
