Opacity: Bright with moderate activity.
Color: Shiny dark straw.
Head: Super foamy and frothy 4 fingers island head.
Legs: Very good overall.
Smell: Veggies/Minerals.
Taste: Barley/Corn/Lemon.
Feel: Cereal/Noble/Flowery.
Body: Medium smooth, okay slickness, slightly oily.
Carbonation: Good prickly.
Overall: Slightly too thin but balanced with high smoothness. Typical pils with some champagne yeast, ups the complexity but hardly detectable. Still of high quality, you can feel the love.
