Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head. Aroma of funky ester with some oak notes and spiced/herb notes. Taste is also a great mix between some funky etser, light rustic malt notes with oak notes and herbal notes from the gin barrels. Body is about average with good carbonation. Great farmhouse beer with the gin barrel notes really adding complexity.
