"Best by 7/3/25"; drank 4/29/25 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-opaque ruby appearance.
HUGE khaki head (careful pouring!); frothy lace.
Fruit punch & fresh ganja in the nose.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Rye, fresh ganja & mild fruit punch flavors; a dry, boozy finish.
Smelled better than it tasted, but still pretty good.

From older notes:
A lovely extra red copper, semi-clear with tons of fines in suspension and dancing around the bottom in particular. Sandy tan, consistent foamy head of mostly moderate retention, then film-forming until the end. Lacing is amazing, like fancy frost on a window. Resin, stone fruit, candied orange, caramel aromas. Not too dissimilar-tasting, only instead of mere resin we have some pine and leather, a lot of rind, plenty of soap, a peppercorn surprise in the back. And toast and extra fruity malt-tartness displace some of the caramel. Medium to full in body, sloshy with fine suds relatively few in number. Fair amount of astringency. Called an IPA but compare to hoppy Ambers, even some of the higher ABV ones.

Pours dark amber in color with a big, fluffy, khaki colored head. The beer appears to be well carbonated with many pop-like bubbles seaming around.
Smells hoppy. Pungent, wet, sticky, sweet, hoppy.
The flavor is highly citrusy. Orange juice seems to be the first taste I'm able to pick out, followed by wet piney hops, grapefruit, and a faint herbal note.
This is good in my books, Boulevard. I'd buy it.

12 oz bottle. Pours dark amber with tall, long lasting, fluffy off-white head, nice lacing and lively carbonation. Aroma is of citrusy hops, tropical fruit and caramel malt. Body is medium and crisp. Citrusy hops, caramel malt and raspberries fill the mouth. Finish is long, dry, and grapefruity. Excellent brew.
