Nice approachable sour beer. Great clarity, head retention, and thick lacing. Sourness is subtle with some funky aroma. Very complex compared to most of these on the market.

On draft at Boulevardia. Free with my VIP pass. Poured a cloudy, straw-yellow color with small, white head of fizzy foam. It left some lacing on the glass. It smelled of cracked wheat, yeast and hints of salt. Nice tart lemon and green apple taste with sweet wheat a touch of saltiness.
