Pours a translucent honey-brown with a twinge of orange. Head is a finger and a half of white foam. Head retention is okay. Aroma is clean biscuity, bready, earthy malts with hints of herbal, floral and citrus hops. It's simple and 'grounded'. Flavor profile is biscuity, bready, earthy malts with herbal, floral, citrus, earthy hops that liven it up. It has a little hop bite towards the finish, but retains a noble balance throughout. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a light effervescence that works to create a lightly crisp texture. Overall, refined and well calculated producing a balanced and smooth pale ale.

Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 12oz bottle.

Appearance: Pours a murky orange-amber, with a medium head of off-white suds. Little to no lace.

Aroma: Subtle citrus hops.

Taste: Sharp hops taste up front (grapefruit, some pine) and a bitterness at finish. Body is smooth but even the oat infusion doesn’t help this one rise above the average rating. No problems here, just not as unique a pale ale as I’d hoped for.

Pours up to a generous and permanent head and slightly hazy copper. Good lacing. Aroma is crystal malts and PNW hops of the citrus, grapefruit and herb variety. Flavor is much like any other amber pale ale it is balanced but nothing too special. Don't know what oats contribute here. A more hop-forward version of their regular Pale Ale. Reminiscent of earlier microbrew AIPAs and those that are still made that way (Diamond Bear Presidential IPA) It's a decent brew.

Looks like a golden amber ale. Almost marzen/Octoberfest look. Great head retention with mild lacing. Smells like cascade hops which give a grapefruit and strong hoppy profile. Some pine hints but no oat smells. Tastes like a solid ipa with strong cascade hops profile and great hop, grapefruit, orange peel, and slight oat finish.

Pours a clear amber color. 3/4 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of citrus hops, slight floral hops, and sweet malt. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of citrus hops, slight pale malt, hint of yeast, slight spicy hops, and sweet malt. Overall, good appearance, body, and blend.

Pours an effervescent Copper with a pinky of beige colored head. Above average head retention, average lacing

S: Grassyness, a little sweet maltyness, pears once warm; all muted

T: Grassyness, a little Golden Delicious Apple, plus dryness up front. Leafy & woody hops with dryness, plus a little white grape & pear once warm. Finishes with pear, leafy hops & a little dryness, pretty crisp

MF: Light body, fairly crisp carbonation, okay balance

Drinks alright, a pretty run of the mill APA, at best. Would honestly. work better as an English PA

Poured out a slightly hazy, golden orange color with a small, tan head of foam. It smelled of tropical fruits and toasted caramel. Nice sweet orange and grapefruit flavors with a toasty caramel finish.
