Appearance: Pours a bright, light, lemon color iwith a massive bubbling head. Lemonade in a glass. SRM of 5-6. (4.25)
Aroma: Light aromas of mango, pear, peach, green grape, gooseberry, strawberry, and honeydew melon. Some funky yeast on the flavor sort of like a Saison. (4.00)
Flavor: Light and dry flavors of lemon, pear, mango, green grape. A little bit of funky yeast. Also a bit sour. Finishes dry with a lemon and pear sweetness. Mostly dry though. A potato frenchy fry malt body. (3.50)
Feel: Lighter bodied. Strong carbonation. Extremely dry with some mild sour lemon lingering. (3.50)
Overall: A nice dry Brut IPA. Not a style I"ve had in a while, but really enjoy. It's well-carbonated like champagne with nice dry flavors. Not a fan of the fruit flavors here quite as much. It's so dry and yeasty that it actually sort of reminds me of a lighter saison. Overall, it's a bold attempt at an underrated style and a delicious and delicate beer that is appreciated. (Final Rating: 3.77)

Handsome clear golden color with a nice pile of foam. Wan aroma, with a flavor of light wood and a hint of citrus. Fizzy mouthfeel and plenty of carbonation. Just slightly sweet with a little wheat cereal flavor. Tastes more like a very light Pilsner that is short on hops.
It doesn't taste like too much but is inoffensive and beery, and not really bitter at all. So in some ways it's an improvement over the astringent Brut IPAs. Its main feature is being quite sprightly on the tongue. This is from the same mixed six-pack as the out-of-production DDH Galaxy. Bottled date is the same, 09/Dec/2018.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass; bottled on 4/22/2019, best before 8/10/2019. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly foamy and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, watermelon, red apple, lychee, guava, raspberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, clove, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, watermelon, red apple, lychee, guava, raspberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, clove, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, watermelon, red apple, lychee, guava, raspberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, clove, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hp astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. High carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.3%. Overall this is an excellent Brut IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and pretty refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/resin/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Great Ekuanot, Topaz, Citra, Galaxy, El Dorado, Amarillo profile. Very vibrant, dank, earthy, and fairly juicy hop complexity; with a great balanced clean pils malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp drying. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example. No complaints.

Poured pale yellow and slightly hazy with a three finger bright white head that quickly dissipated to a thin film that remained. Minimal lacing. Slight aroma of mango and pineapple. Taste follows the nose with a bit of piney hop on the finish. Flavor is weak as though seltzer water was added. Thin feel with high carbonation. Very dry.

Light amber, hazy beer with an impressive bubbly head lingering a long while. The aromas are not particularly pronounced, and are largely composed of piney hops. First taste is fizzy and clean, with little flavor though balanced. This is a little more watery than I imagined. Otherwise a solid summerbeer. Highly refreshing though pretty weak on its own.

12oz bottle. Poured out a slightly hazy, golden orange color with a large, white head. The bottle overflowed as soon as I opened it. It smelled fruity and sweet with floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with a fruity finish and mild bitterness.

12 oz. bottle:
Pours hazy yellow with a fizzy white head that becomes a wide lasting patch. Minimal to no real lacing.
The smell is of light citrus with some bread/yeast. Mild, but pleasant.
The taste is of light citrus with some cracker. Again, mild but pleasant. Dry more than bitterness (Bitterness is very low - but it is dry). The flavor, though light, holds up through the finish.
Light, spritzy more than fizzy. Refreshingly dry.
A nice, light, easy-drinking brew. Mouthfeel towards champagne-like. This is my first review of this new style. Reviewed according to the BA style guidelines, which it fits overall. Looking forward to trying more examples of the style.

12oz bottle poured into 14oz teku. Poured a mostly murky (just the slightest bit of translucence) medium-dark yellow color with over an inch of white head that had very good retention and light lacing.
A noticeable bit of funk escaped the bottle upon releasing the cap. In the glass, there was a slight bit of malt, and some soft, floral hops. On the tongue, the funk wasn't as noticeable, but still there, the grain was the follow-on, and the soft hops rounded things off.
The body was light and crisp, with a dry finish. Drinkability was pretty good, don't know as if I'd drink 2 in a row, but will drink again. Overall, a nicely enjoyable brew. Certainly worth your time if you see it.

Look is light golden hazy yellow-ish body. Amazing fluffy head at 1st pour. Shrinks to a nice cap that lingers thru out. Sticky semi soapy lacing.
Great looking beer.
Smell is very light. Watered down almost. Muted fruit/citrus, mango and some apple. Has good aroma just not very pronounced.
Taste is a bit juicy up front. Finishes dry. Not as dry as others I've had in the style. Very low hop presence. More of a juicy pilsner (imo) nothing crazy fruity.
Underlying flavors of apple and light mango is what I get more than anything.
Feel is light to medium. Decent amount of carbonation. Dry after taste yet juicy mouthful.
Very well done. Really enjoyed this one.
Last couple Brut IPAs I've had didn't tickle my fancy like this one has.

12 oz bottle poured into a snifter. My first stab at a Brut IPA.
Yellow color, white 3 finger head, lots of active carbonation. Small traces of lacing cling to the glass. Light fruity hop aroma, simple but pleasant. Taste follows the nose. Hop flavors are on the weak side. Champange like carbonation. Finishes dry and thin. I can see some liking this style but it's just not for me.
