I too obtained this one in their "Tasting Room" sampler. Dazzling honey and grain on the nose during the pour, kicked up a good 2-finger head rather easily. Lordy, this is sweet- when they say "honey", they ain't kidding...I've had mead with less sugar. Luckily, a good grain bottom kicks in rather nicely on the exhale, leveling out the honey considerably. This is about as close as you're going to get an ale to a dessert beer. A nice drink, but I can't see more more than one at a time.

Bought a sampler 12 with this as one of the tasting room samples. Pours a nice golden color, small white head which dissipates quickly. Smell some malts, sweetness with a strong honey aroma. Taste is honey, honey, honey with some light malts in background. Does go down well , but too sweet for me. Really like honey and didn't think I could have too much until this beer. Not a fan

Would be really good but they overdid the honey flavor. Too sweet for me.

Sample 12 pk bottles - enjoy by 11/7/20. With the honey, it goes down smooth and soothing - almost medicinal. In fact, if your throat is feeling rough or dry this may be the remedy. Taste wise though, not my favorite and can't exactly put my finger on what's missing or what is overpowering - must just be the honey.

great beer but the honey is more forward than I would prefer, almost a beer/mead cross.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of honey and caramel. Sweet honey taste with more honey and some caramel. No bitterness.

Poured from a 12oz Bottle: Pours a Golden, Honey like Color just as the name insists. Thin, less than a finger head that quickly dissipates, a decent amount of carbonation, and minimal amount of lacing. The aroma smells of sweet honey and bready malts, which the taste parallels. Overall, this is an easy drinking beer at 5.3% ABV with a smooth dry finish, and light mouth feel. Just over on the honey a little bit.
