Early Riser Puerto Rican Style Coffee Porter

12 oz bottle, born on 5/12/21, poured into a tulip glass at 55 degrees F:
L - dark brown with a night tan head that lingered like a cloud
S - biscuit and a bit of roasted malt
T - coffee and that wonderful malty flavor that defines a good porter
F - medium mouthfeel and carbonation
O - very good representation of the style with a nice coffee kick

Held to the light, the color is black coffee with dark ruby. The scent, roasted coffee, of course.
The taste has cherry notes. The dark roasted flavor is expected and welcome.
Its finish is spirited and roasty, almost harsh. And welcomed.
