Rated 10/24/21. Had at brewery on vacation in July 2021. All I remember was a nice Golden Ale, a little on the sweet side, but nice overall flavor. Light and easy drinking.

Copper colored with a light haziness. There’s a fingernail of off white around a quarter of the top and half of the top. The aroma is of light cereal grains. I’m tasting light cereal grains. The mouth is very light and approachable.

I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a clear golden with no head and no lace. The scent had had subtle grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with light malt base and subtle biscuit hop finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

From a baseball-themed aluminum can, this brew is a clear gold color with a fuzzy white and lasting head. Not much of an aroma...maybe a bit of bread and a hint of hops. The taste is similarly quiet...a bit of light grass and maybe a hint of malt. Crisp and abrupt finish. It would be nice on a hot summer afternoon at the ballpark, but it's not heavy on flavor.

Pours an effervescent gold with a thumb+ of beige colored head. Minimal head retention & a little lacing
S: Light breadyness, floral hops,
T: A little green apple, even less lemon, plus dryness up front. More of a golden delicious apple flavor as this warms, plenty dry along with grassyness. Finishes with grassy bitterness, green apple skins & plenty of dryness
MF: Medium bodied, restrained carbonation
Just not enough going on flavor-wise to save this, wish more hops & malts were used here

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of bread crust, toffee, citrus and floral notes. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with a mild citrusy bitterness.

Poured from a can. Golden in color with a white head. Smells of bread, and a sweet hint, maybe honey. Flavor follows the smell and feels full bodied. This is a really good blonde. Perfect baseball beer.
