The pleasant aroma of ginger greets you immediately as you lift this magenta magic to your lips. The ginger spice is complementary to the slight fruity-floral essence of the beer, a result of steeping whopping amounts of hibiscus flowers in the whirlpool just before fermentation. Light, crisp and refreshing, the perfect palate cleanser after any rich meal.

12oz can. Poured a clear, light pink color with reddish highlights and a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of ginger, lime, hibiscus and some subtle caramel sweetness. Nice ginger punch up front with tart lemon and a touch of caramel.
