I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a slightly hazy golden with thin white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had mild citrus fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base and subtle fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

12oz can
L: a sudsy & frothy ivory colored head caps a hazy, tangerine colored IPA
S: biscuity pale malt, earthy pine, citrus
T: pale grain, light caramel, orange juice, kumquat, guava
F: medium body, ample carbonation, tart & bitter finish, while being semi-dry
O: this was a decent try, but I wouldn’t get it again

Pours an effervescent & hazed gold with 2+ fingers of rocky pearl colored head. Stellar lacing & good head retention
S: Orange juice, guava, fades a touch once warm
T: Tangerine, lime, bready & grassy notes up front. More tangerine & lime, plus dryness as this warms. Finishes with lime bitterness, orange sweetness, grassy notes & dryness
MF: Medium body, pretty firm carbonation, pretty good balance
Plenty drinkable, just lacking the depth of flavor to make this one I would recommend

Pours a burnt yellow with a foggy transparency. Head is two fingers of dense, white foam. Aroma is ripping tropical fruits right off the front - papaya, orange zest, and grapefruit - before a quick cut of dry bready malts and piney and resiny hops. Whole aroma profile is pretty slim, hitting and receding quick. Flavor profile is more of a muddled mix of hops, knocking pine, resin, earthy, and tropical fruits along the way. It feels like precise or directed than the nose. Bready malts kick up towards the rear, with hop silt sitting on the tongue long after each sip. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a moderate effervescence that falls short of crisp or creamy. Overall, a standard IPA that features some playfulness in the nose, but comes off muddled in taste.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy sheets of lace on the glass. It smelled of pine, toasted caramel, orange peel and some floral notes. Sweet toasted caramel taste with orange and a piney bitterness.
