Hello Cozy Season! This Belgian-style Saison is loaded with warming spices that perfectly balance our house Belgian yeast straight with it's bright notes of citrus and peppercorn.
Malt: Pale, Wheat

From a week old crowler into a tulip glass. Pours a brilliant golden yellow with several fingers of thick, long-lasting white foam. Smells funky, spiced, and citrus. Tastes of citrus, clove, herbal hops, and coriander, with a mild funk. Medium bodied and very smooth. I'm not sure how many I could drink, but very good.
