Clear golden color with a modest white head.
The aroma is fresh bread with a hint of caramel.
The taste is lightly sweet caramel and bread crust. The finish is somewhat floral with very mild bitterness.
The body is light, moderate carbonation, very smooth and very drinkable. Altogether, this is a light, mild flavored brew, refreshing, just about right to accompany a summer ball game or other summer activities, should go well with most food, great for backyard barbecue, best served cold, well done.

At Craft & Draft/Kauffman Stadium. Poured a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of toasted breads caramel malt and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste and a mild bitterness.
