This is a special beer they sometimes have on tap at the brewery. It's not quite Nutcracker, and it's not quite Nut Sack : http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/423/7162

The way it was described to me " It's Nutcracker... *. It's Nutcracker with a little extra, but not quite Nutsack. The hops are toned back" Nut Sack is also usually only available to employees, or at least is these days.

Nutcracker has a great appearance. it's dark red, almost ruby in color with a small white, reddish? head. Very opaque.

It smells of christmas, well, christmas in a hop field. It's super citrusy, piney, and floral. Not a lot of malt going on, mostly becausee the hop smell overwhelms it.

This beer tastes like christmas too. It's a much fruitier, more floral Nutcracker. It has a huge punch, and the finish lingers for ages. This beer will make you feel like Christmas all day, because the after taste of the dry hops will stay with you that long.

The mouthfeel was quite good, especially as a fresh beer from the brewery.
