The beer pours out into a Duvel glass a clear orange-amber color with a 3/4" fluffy white head that soon recedes to a small ring and a patch of thin foam in the middle that also disappears fairly soon. Sipping produces a few streaks of lacing that slide back down to the liquid.
The aromas include citric zest (lemon or grapefruit or a mix of both), coriander, wheat and some floral character (probably from the hibiscus... :-)).
The flavors include some gentle tartness from the lemon and grapefruit zest, some very slight salty character and what seems to be just a hint of coriander.
The mouthfeel is between light and medium with just a bit of prickliness from the light, persistent carbonation. The finish is medium length with the tartness and bitterness disappearing first and then the light salt character, closing out with just a touch of dryness.
Overall this is a well made beer with lots of complexity in the flavors and aromas that make it worth having again. While this as been a day of moderate temperatures I could easily see having this beer on offer at a summer time backyard BBQ to provide a refreshing warm weather beverage for the guests.

POured from a 12 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Clear light golden pink pour with thick foamy white head. Nice lacing.
S: Tart and fruity with some hibiscus and funk mixed in.
T.F: Tart and grainy to start. Lemon citrus and hibiscus. Unripened fruit. No real pucker... a bit of salt at the finish. Crisp and refreshing. Light bodied.
O: An easy drinking Gose with some hibiscus and fruit. Great lawnmower beer.

Had on tap at Lazy Dog in Las Vegas, NV.
Hibiscus was not detectable to me, but it had nice tartness and a refreshing character. Saltiness was not noticeable either. Maybe not a classic gose, but a good beer.

Pours a translucent copper with just a hint of fog. Head foams up to two fingers in height, but does not retain long. Aroma is sharp and staccato, hitting with notes of coriander, hibiscus, and toasty, wafery, grainy malts. The sharpness foreshadows the lactic bite that is never produced. Flavor profile is smooth hibiscus up front, flowering and budding on the tongue over a bed of wafery, nutty, bready malts. Coriander cuts in about halfway and stays the course the remainder of the flavor profile. Sourness is light and tight, just enough to lightly clinch the jaw before fading away. Mouth feel is thin with a near still texture. Overall, big hibiscus and notable coriander drive the bus on this slightly sour gose.
Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 12oz can.

Cloudy grapefruit appearance.
Small bright white head; almost no lace.
Faintly tart strawberry & honeyed grain notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Faintly tart strawberry soda flavor up front; rich honeyed grain notes on the finish.
Simple but effective; a nice summer season beer.
