16 ounce can into pint glass, no can dating. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy pale straw color with a 2 finger dense and rocky white head with incredible retention, that reduces to a dense cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, passion fruit, pineapple, citrus zest, wheat, cracker, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical hops and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, passion fruit, pineapple, citrus zest, light pine, wheat, cracker, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, passion fruit, pineapple, citrus zest, light pine, wheat, cracker, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero hop astringency after the finish. Light dryness from lingering bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is a very nice American pale ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mellow bitterness. Very bright/juicy on hops with a nice malt backbone for the low ABV. Very flavorful and never overly bitter/drying. A very enjoyable offering.

Brewed and canned for Mikkeller at The Brewing Projekt. 4.6% pale ale, pint can with the usual Mikkeller style characters, no date. Pours a hazy straw color, big rocky white head, plenty of chunky lace down the glass. Smell: wheat cracker, a little hay-ish, lemon-lime note, unripe tropical fruit. Taste: very dilute passion fruit and pineapple juice upfront, then Japanese plum, lime in seltzer water, and a cereal grain-y back, with red grapefruit in the finish. A ton more hop flavor than advertised by the nose. Light bodied, refreshing.

Smell hits you as soon as you open the can. Quite a bit of lemon and some kind of earthiness or spice that makes you think it could be farmhouse, especially with the coloring. Very light straw in color with some haze to it. Flavor is very citrusy and refreshing. The feel is effervescent with a dry finish. I'm really enjoying this one. Would be perfect for a summer day but works even in winter.

This place is doing some good work out in Eau Claire but needs to hire someone to promote and explain their beers better. Info on this one is hard to find. Guessing it is a collaborative beer with Mikkeller but I have no idea for sure.

It is a lower ABV pale ale. A bit thin but refreshing with nice hop flavors of lemons, limes and tangerines in the forefront. Malt backing is not big but adds just a light bready dimension.

Sessionable beer loaded with flavor.
